Two days Safety Leadership

This program provides focused skill building in the critical areas of leadership development with the objective of bridging the gap between environmental safety technical skills and teamwork skills essential for achieving functional excellence. Safety Leadership Workshop & Teambuilding for Oils & Gas Firms. What is Included in the Fee? The fee are base on your logistics requirments, including of:

  • Breakfasts, lunches, and refreshment breaks
  • Single or Twin/ double room (optional)
  • Meeting Room & materials
  • Teambuilding games &tools

  • Communicate freely with their fellow colleagues Vietnamese or otherwise
  • Have a complete trust among their fellow crew so they will not hesitate to intervene and to stop them if they see them doing anything unsafe
  • Understand the importance of planning and do it as a matter of habit (JSA,PBE)
  • Always debrief after completing any tasks.  Debrief can take as little as 1 minute or as long as 5 minutes but it must be done as a matter of habit.
